Once every 18 months, we go crazy and offer free monogramming to our website visitors. No one in our industry is so daring, I might add.
Well, this year, our free monogramming offer (engraving one's initials (up to 3 letters) on the leather product) coincided conveniently with Father's Day and the offer was a huge hit with new and old clients alike.
