With regards to schooling versus education, some might say that the two terms are synonyms. However, we tend to disagree.

Road not Taken:"Two roads diverged in a wood,
and I--I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference. "
And so it seems that the road "less traveled" in modern day education starts with positive reinforcement of the the child's natural attributes. More reading
